The estate sleeps 12 in beds: three rooms have king beds, one has a queen bed and one has four bunk beds (the kids will love it!). The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, has a private bath, and has a porch and beautiful unobstructed views of the beach.

The Master Bedroom

The sitting room off the master bedroom has a fouton bunk bed. The second bedroom on the second floor, connects to the hall bath, has a king bed and has a balcony overlooking the pool. The third bedroom on the second floor has two sets of twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom on the first floor connects to the hall bath, has a king bed and windows overlooking the pool.

The carriage house has the fifth bedroom with a private bath, queen bed and also has views of the gulf. There is also a fouton in the carriage house living room and with the fouton bunk bed in the sitting room off the master bedroom it is possible to sleep 16 people (though not recommended).

Other amenities include:

• All bedrooms have cable TV with a DVD and/or VHS player

• Bicycles and pool toys are available in the tw0-car garage

• Golf and tennis are available nearby

• Main house and Carriage House have washer and dryer

• Kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee maker and toaster

* The pool can be heated but we have to charge an extra $250/week.

The Surf official address is 118 Longue Vue Drive, Panama City Beach, FL, 32413. It is, however, not in Panama City Beach but in Seacrest Beach in South Walton County, on Highway 30-A. It is between Pensacola and Panama City on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida's panhandle. It is thirty miles east of Destin, seven miles east of Seaside and 200 yards west of Rosemary Beach.
